Gladiolus 'David Hills'
A hardy gladiolus - the corms do not need to be lifted in the winter provided they are planted in well-drained soil. They produce sturdy flowers spikes in the summer with slightly hooded, unusually coloured flowers - red on the outside of the petals and a more peachey shade on the inside with a limey-yellow throat.
Well-drained soil and a sunny site produce the best blooms.
In 2 litre pots and at least 2 flowering corms plus some smaller ones.
